Connecticut Launches Mosquito Testing for West Nile and Eee

Connecticut has started its seasonal mosquito testing program to monitor for West Nile virus and eastern equine encephalitis. The effort runs through October with traps set in 108 locations statewide. Officials say West Nile activity typically peaks between July and September. Last year, 13 human cases were reported.
