Report Shows Connecticut Homelessness Rising for Fourth Straight Year
Connecticut’s homeless population has grown for the fourth year in a row, according to the state’s annual Point-in-Time Count. The report shows nearly a 10 percent increase from last year, with more than 700 homeless people living in Fairfield County alone.
