Connecticut DMV Reopens After Statewide Outage

The Connecticut Department of Motor Vehicles was back open Thursday after a statewide service outage forced the agency to cancel all in-person appointments Wednesday. A DMV spokesperson said all services have been restored, but the cause of the outage still has not been disclosed.

Brookfield Man Arrested With Fully Automatic Rifle

Brookfield police say 39 year old Robert Caselnova was arrested after a year-long investigation found he possessed a fully automatic ghost gun.
