Victim Identified In Hawleyville Road Fatal Accident

Newtown Police have identified the man killed in Thursday’s accident on Hawleyville Road as 62 year old Danbury resident Valdemir Santana. Investigators say Santana stopped his commercial truck and got out when it began rolling forward, hitting and killing him. No other vehicles were involved, and the investigation continues.
