Man Charged With DUI In Newtown Crash

A 22 year old man is facing DUI and assault charges following an investigation into a Newtown crash that injured three people. Police say Scott Ronald Bardinelli crossed into oncoming traffic on Main Street back in November, hitting a pickup truck and causing serious injuries. Bardinelli is scheduled to be arraigned February 25.
