Danbury Man Granted Diversionary Program In DraftKings Fraud Case

A 34 year old Danbury man charged in a DraftKings fraud scheme has been approved for a two-year accelerated rehabilitation program. Prosecutors say the case involves stolen credit card information and more than $190,000 in fraudulent transactions. If program requirements, including restitution, are completed successfully, the charges could eventually be dismissed.
