West Hartford Woman Accused of Carrying 51 Pounds of Cannabis
A 35 year old West Hartford woman faces drug and impaired driving charges following an Interstate 84 traffic stop near Danbury. Putnam County deputies say they found about 51 pounds of vacuum-sealed cannabis and suspected ketamine in her SUV.
