Newtown Man Accused of Pawning Grandfather’s Guns
Police say 55 year old Robert Gertsch of Newtown stole and pawned his grandfather’s firearms and World War II memorabilia. Gertsch faces 11 firearm theft counts and several other charges. He remains held on 75 thousand dollars bond, with a September 9 hearing scheduled.
