Teen Charged in Vandalism at Teacher’s Home
Southbury police have charged 18 year old Brooks Harrington with criminal mischief and trespassing following an investigation into vandalism at a Region 15 teacher’s home. Police say four other people were involved and additional arrests are expected. Harrington was released after surrendering back on September 6.

Two people were taken to Danbury Hospital after a two-vehicle crash Friday afternoon on Route 7 in Ridgefield. One vehicle went down an embankment, trapping the driver. Firefighters freed the driver within about 25 minutes. The crash remains under investigation.
