205 Arrested in U.S.-Wide Child Sex Abuse Crackdown, Five from Connecticut

The Justice Department says 205 people were arrested and 115 victims rescued in a nationwide child sex abuse operation, with five suspects from here in Connecticut now facing federal charges. Charges range from child porn possession and distribution to coercion and exploitation. Officials say one man tried to meet a 14-year-old arranged by an undercover agent, and another couple livestreamed sex acts with a minor. All the suspects are now in custody or out on bond pending trial.
