Eversource Energy’s proposed rate adjustment could lower monthly bills for Connecticut customers by $4. The decrease comes as state-mandated costs, like energy efficiency and renewable programs, drop. The adjustment is still subject to approval by the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority.
