A Connecticut state trooper is under investigation for allegedly engaging in sexual activity with a private security guard while on duty at a Hartford state office building. State Police investigators say the alleged conduct may have occurred during work hours at a Capitol Avenue facility. Three troopers have been reassigned as an expedited internal affairs investigation continues.
