David Rafael Grullon Jr has been arraigned on new drug-related charges tied to a search of his home during the investigation into the fatal shooting on Lake Avenue in Danbury. Prosecutors say police found cocaine, more than a pound of marijuana, cash, and paraphernalia while probing the death of 37 year old Victor Luis Quispe, who was killed by a stray bullet inside his home. Grullon already faces manslaughter and firearm charges and is due back in court March 16.
