A judge has approved supervised virtual contact with two minor children for 33 year old Kristen Emily Hogan of Ridgefield. Hogan is charged with attempted murder, perjury, evidence tampering, and interfering with an officer in separate poisoning and paternity fraud cases. The modified protective order was approved in Superior Court, with Hogan due back in court April 16.
