A 38 year old Connecticut woman is accused of using stolen identities to collect more than 230-thousand dollars in unemployment benefits during the pandemic. State officials say Bianca N. Davila of Stratford, used personal information from friends and others, including data accessed through social service jobs. Davila faces multiple fraud and identity theft charges and is due in court later this month.
