29 year old Jose Ernesto Arias of Danbury has been charged with DUI and multiple other offenses following a December crash on South Street that injured five people. Police say Arias crashed into a utility pole early in the morning, shutting down the road for hours. All five victims suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
