The Connecticut Department of Aging and Disability Services has been awarded $10 million in funding from the federal American Rescue Plan Act that will be used to support upgrades and enhancements at senior centers statewide here in Connecticut. The state is designating $9 million of this funding to be distributed to municipalities, who can then use the funding to support upgrades at their local senior centers… such as facility improvements; and programming.
