Tuesday was the first day of the trial for a former Danbury teacher who is accused of sexually abusing a child. 53 year old Kenneth Gardner… who use to work as a sixth grade science teacher at Broadview Middle School… was faced in the courtroom by three witnesses who took the stand, including the victim of what prosecutors say was his years-long abuse. Gardener and his wife were arrested in May 2022 after a long investigation spurred by a person who know is an adult, but claimed to have been sexually abused by the couple as a child.
