A Danbury man who is accused of lying about a kidnapping has pleaded not guilty. 38 year old Diego Vizhco was arrested and charged with second degree false reporting, after he claimed to have been kidnapped at gunpoint on September 10th in the parking lot of Stop and Shop on Newtown Road. He said he was forced to drive to Bank of America on Main Street to withdraw cash. Investigators say the whole thing was a lie and it never happened.
