According to a statement released by Superintendent Susie Da Silva, a Ridgefield High School student died early Monday morning. The name of the student has not yet been released, and Da Silva said out of respect for the family, they will wait to share any further information. Ridgefield Public Schools counselors, along with other local and regional organizations who specialize in grief and crises counseling, will be available for students.
