A man from Bethel was arrested on Friday after being accused of using fake medical studies to photograph and record women to satisfy what he called an “abdominal fetish.” 35 year old Brian Casella is facing charges including 4th degree sexual assault. Connecticut State Police say Casella solicited women for the fake studies, in which he used various instruments… and his own hands and ears… to manipulate and then listen to their abdomens. Investigators say Casella then would record and photograph the women… and then pay them in cash. State police say they believe there are more victims out there, and they ask anyone who has information about it to contact them.
