A former Danbury teacher was asking the court for a partial acquittal in his child sex abuse verdict, but a judge said no way. The judge denied Kenneth Gardner’s request to overturn his guilty verdict on two of the felony charges he was convicted of on September 11th related to child sexual assault. Gardner was scheduled to be sentenced Tuesday, but his disposition hearing is now set for December 18th.
