A proposed 2-building development with 107 townhouses on Pickett District Road in New Milford is raising concerns from nearby residents, citing the fact that it’s a very narrow road. The residents fear that 107 new townhouses would have a big and dangerous impact on traffic, and a big negative impact on their property values. They point to evidence that they say shows it would mean 500 more cars added to a road that is already not equipped to handle the volume of traffic.
