Connecticut Governor Ned Lamont announced a tentative agreement with the State Employees Bargaining Agent Coalition. The deal, pending approval, will continue the current pattern of 2.5% general wage increases from July 1st of this year through June 30, 2025. Lamont praised state employees for their dedication and service, and thanked union partners for their efforts. The contracts now await ratification by union members and the General Assembly.
