Pennsylvania Man Arrested For Cutting Power In Hartford

A man broke into a transformer vault at the Connecticut attorney general and secretary of state offices in Hartford, cutting power to some systems. 43 year old Cristian Gonzalez of Shillington, Pennsylvania was arrested and charged with burglary, criminal mischief, trespassing, and possession of burglary tools. The entire building in the state capitol was closed as crews worked to restore systems. Gonzalez was caught after an alarm was triggered, and no other suspects were found. The investigation is ongoing. Nobody was hurt.
