Suspicious Mail Causing Concerns

Authorities are investigating a series of disturbing mailings that have targeted election offices across 17 states, including Connecticut after a package containing a suspicious white powder was intercepted earlier this week at a West Hartford post office. Although no injuries were reported, the substance is being tested in a lab. The FBI and U.S. Postal Inspection Service are collaborating on the case, seeking to identify the sender. Similar packages were sent to election offices in several other states but contained no harmful materials. Meanwhile, everyone is being advised to remain cautious and report any suspicious mail.
