Representing nearly 19,000 members, the group promotes property ownership in Connecticut. Foncello, who opposes a statewide property tax and new conveyance fees, emphasizes the negative impact these could have on realtors and the housing market. He currently serves on the Appropriations, Aging, and Education committees.
