A former New Fairfield Middle School cafeteria aide has been sentenced to 20 years in prison, suspended after 30 months, for sexually assaulting a student. 33 year old Andie Rosafort pleaded guilty to second-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor. Rosafort was accused of exchanging explicit messages with the student before having illegal sexual contact with him. In addition to prison time, she will serve 10 years of probation, register as a sex offender for 10 years, and is under a lifetime protective order, prohibiting any contact with the victim.
