The Center for Digital Government has awarded Connecticut an “A-” grade for the second year in a row, recognizing its digital government efforts. The state also ranked first in the nation for digital services related to transportation and motor vehicles. It comes following the state’s progress in making digital services more accessible through platforms like https://business.ct.gov and https://jobs.ct.gov. The recognition highlights innovations like the wrong-way driver system and online DMV appointments. Connecticut’s digital services program is led by the Bureau of Information Technology Solutions within the Department of Administrative Services.
