The investigation began after a Craigslist ad promoting “cuddle sessions” and “relaxation” drew the attention of police. Detectives found that Vincent Whiteley and David Henderson managed the operation, with Henderson running day-to-day activities while Whiteley was incarcerated. Both men now face multiple charges, including trafficking and promoting prostitution. The illicit business, called “Aqua After Dark,” allegedly offered sexual services disguised as spa treatments. Investigators are continuing to gather evidence.
