FEMA’s Disaster Recovery Center in Southbury is temporarily moving. Starting today, it will be at Sacred Heart Catholic Church on Main Street. The previous location, Southbury Town Hall, is closed. The center will remain at the new site through November 7 with adjusted hours: Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. It’s closed Sundays. Residents affected by August’s storms can apply for FEMA assistance at the center or online, with a deadline of November 19.
