Former Westside Middle School Academy Principal Jennifer Blue has been charged with first-degree larceny for allegedly misusing school funds. An arrest warrant details that she made over $5,500 in unauthorized purchases, including nearly $990 on women’s clothing and expenses during a spring break trip to the Dominican Republic. The investigation which began in June, prompted her resignation shortly after being questioned. She remains free for now, on a promise to appear in court on November 5.
