Police in Monroe made a DUI arrest last Sunday. It happened when officers responded to a report of a speeding vehicle. They found a 24-year-old Danbury man behind the wheel of a Subaru Outback with a flat tire. He showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for DUI, evading responsibility, and other violations. His blood alcohol level was more than one-and-a-half times the legal limit. His name so far, has not been released.
