Wallingford police arrested four people, including two juveniles, after they were caught removing plates from a BMW that had been stolen in Danbury. 20 year old Jeremy Gonzalez and 18 year old Gabriella Collazo are now facing charges alongside the juveniles. Gonzalez faces additional charges for risking injury to a minor. Both adults are due in court on December 2.
