The numbers have all been added up, and now we know that volunteers delivered over 3,700 meals to the Southbury Food Bank, aiding families impacted by August’s devastating floods. The meals, part of the Southern Connecticut Rotary’s $25,000 commitment, were distributed with help from the Red Cross. Flooding caused $100 million in damage to public infrastructure, with many families still recovering.
