Leadership Changes at United Way

The United Way of Coastal and Western Connecticut has announced a major leadership realignment to support its 2024-2027 Strategic Plan, aimed at helping ALICE households—those living on tight budgets—and expanding access to critical resources in its 27-town region. Ashley Gaudiano steps in as Chief Operating Officer, while Lauren Scopaz Daunais becomes Senior VP of Collective Action, focusing on education pathways. The changes are being referred to as key to achieving their vision of healthy, secure communities.
