Hundreds gathered Sunday at Admiral Stockdale Arena in South Kent to honor 16-year-old William Neeb, the New Milford High School junior who died in a car crash on December 16. Known for his love of hockey and golf, Will’s friends and family shared heartfelt memories during the memorial service. The event featured a symbolic “face-off” by seven of Will’s closest friends on the ice, drawing applause and tears from the crowd. Pastor Craig Mowrey led 12 minutes of silence. A scholarship fund has been established in Will’s name to honor his legacy.
