A Southbury man faces multiple charges after police say thousands of child sexual abuse images and videos were found in his possession. 75 year old Edgar Mills was arrested on December 18 following an investigation that began with a report from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Search warrants uncovered over 10,000 images and videos, some allegedly showing Mills with a young victim. The charges include first-degree sexual assault, possession of child pornography, and employing a minor in an obscene performance. Mills is now in custody, and he’s being held on $1 million bail.
