Demolition work continues on Main Street in Danbury to make room for Ives Bank’s new downtown headquarters. Crews have torn down several buildings, including the former YMCA Escape to the Arts and Tuxedo Junction. The $20 million project includes a four-story brick office building. Construction is expected to begin in February and it is then expected to take up to 18 months.
