A Danbury man faces multiple charges after being arrested in Wilton when police found him urinating on Route 7 around 3am last Saturday. Police say Joseph Simmons appeared intoxicated and admitted to drinking before driving. Simmons failed a sobriety test and refused a blood test. His license had been suspended and he had not installed a required ignition interlock device.
