A Connecticut woman has been charged with inciting a riot after New Haven police say she used social media to organize illegal street takeovers, and they now say she is responsible for similar situations statewide. Authorities allege 47 year old Kimberly Hueffman of Milford, announced and facilitated events that disrupted traffic and created unsafe conditions throughout Connecticut.
