Police are investigating a car theft at a Connecticut gas station that injured the owner of a black 2022 Mercedes Benz. It happened yesterday around 3:45pm, when the car was taken from an Exxon station in Westport while the owner was simply pumping gas. The thief somehow got into the car unnoticed, and when the owner tried to intervene, they were knocked down as the suspect fled The victim declined medical treatment. The car remains missing, and anyone with information is urged to contact police.
