A New Milford man is awaiting a court ruling on whether his mental health issues make him legally not responsible for a violent 2023 home invasion. 32 year old Kenneth Mosley Jr. is accused of breaking into a home, attacking a man with a metal pipe, and resisting arrest. He faces charges of home invasion, robbery, and assault. His lawyer argues Mosley’s actions were due to bipolar and schizophrenic disorders. A decision on his insanity defense is expected February 11.
