Two people have been arrested in connection with a disturbance and shooting in Brookfield. 65 year old Gerald Rutledge of Southbury faces charges of first-degree assault and second-degree assault with a firearm, with a $150,000 bond. 45 year old Rithy Kay of Danbury was charged with third-degree assault and released on a written promise to appear.
