A Pennsylvania woman is now facing charges here in Connecticut for a 2023 theft. Ridgefield police arrested 37-year-old Krista Luckenbill after transporting her back here from a Pennsylvania correctional facility. She’s accused of stealing from a vehicle and faces charges including larceny, identity theft, and forgery. Luckenbill was arraigned Wednesday in Danbury. She was unable to post a $10,000 bond.
