Three people were hospitalized after a head-on crash on Fish Rock Road in Southbury Monday afternoon. Firefighters had to extricate at least one person from the wreckage. The crash, involving a Mini Cooper and a Dodge minivan, happened around 4:10 p.m. Emergency crews transported the injured in three ambulances, with some suffering serious injuries.
