A house fire on Kimberly Trail in Danbury displaced two people over the weekend. On Sunday, firefighters responded with multiple units to battle the flames at the single-family home. One person was taken to the hospital for smoke inhalation, and a dog was also treated at an animal hospital. The Danbury Emergency Management Office and the Red Cross are assisting those affected. No word yet on what may have started it.
