In Southbury, a woman was arrested after driving with a blood-alcohol level more than three times the legal limit. Police say 38-year-old Tracy Rossitto crashed her vehicle on Main Street South, prompting multiple 911 calls. Witnesses helped pull her from the wreckage before she fled the scene. Officers located her a few miles away, where she was arrested with a blood-alcohol content of .28. Rossitto now faces charges of DUI, evading responsibility, and causing injury. She is due in court on April 21.
