A Danbury woman is behind bars again after police say she continued dealing drugs from her apartment just days after a prior arrest. On Tuesday, detectives raided 70-year-old Vera Ribeiro-Menezes’ unit at 27 Foster Street for the second time this month. Investigators say they found cocaine inside and arrested her on two outstanding warrants. She’s now facing multiple drug charges, including possession with intent to sell near a school, plus a probation violation. Ribeiro-Menezes—who has a history of drug convictions—is being held on $500,000 bond.
