A New York man has been arrested in connection with a fatal boating crash on Candlewood Lake nearly a year ago. Connecticut’s Environmental Conservation Police say 23-year-old Robert McDonald of Flushing is charged with reckless endangerment and reckless operation of a vessel. Investigators say 19-year-old Roselyn Blanco of Danbury died after being hit by a boat propeller while tied to a dock at Brookfield Grove last May. McDonald was released on a $10,000 bond and is due in Danbury Court on May 15th.
